Important: Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our candles, products are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY provided for:

  • Damaged products upon delivery
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Expired products delivered
  • Incomplete orders (missing items)

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal product use
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Timeline

12-15 business working days after we receive and verify the returned product.


Refund Method

Refunds processed to original payment method:

  • Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallets: 1-3 business days
